If it doesn’t work out
What if my hire leaves in the first few weeks?
If your hire leaves within 6 weeks of starting, we reopen the role once, free. The free reopen covers the original hire only and ends with the season on 31 October.
What if I can't fill a role?
You get a refund, or a credit if invites were already sent.
Do I get the entertainer's contact details?
Yes, as soon as they accept your audition invite, so you can manage your casting schedule directly. If they have an agent, you get the agent's details. Once you hire, you agree terms directly with them.
Do you recruit for overseas and cruise work?
Not yet. We're starting with UK holiday parks, resorts and hotels, with overseas and cruise recruiters to follow.
