These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses EntsOffice.com. By using the site you accept them.

1. Who we are

1.1 EntsOffice.com is operated by Midas Entertainment Ltd, trading as The Entertainment Office, a company registered in England and Wales under number 08261300, registered office Verity Crescent, Canford Heath, Poole BH17 8TT, VAT number 456 3032 08. Email info@entsoffice.com.

1.2 Production shows in The Showroom are licensed by the same company, trading as Midas Entertainment.

3. What EntsOffice is

3.1 EntsOffice is a recruitment tool and a source of licensed entertainment for venues such as resorts, holiday parks, hotels and pubs. It is not a booking agency and does not represent entertainers. Agreements for work are made directly between employers and entertainers.

4. Accounts

4.1 Keep your log-in details secure and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4.2 We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the terms in clause 2.

5. Acceptable use

5.1 You must not:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
  • copy, scrape, harvest or download profiles, jobs or other content in bulk, or use automated tools to access the site, except search engines indexing public pages;
  • contact entertainers or recruiters outside the site to avoid EntsOffice fees or processes;
  • upload content that is false, defamatory, obscene or discriminatory, that infringes anyone’s rights, or that contains malware;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with the site working; or
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with any organisation.

6. Content

6.1 We, or our licensors, own the content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, show names, formats and software. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission.

6.2 “EntsOffice” and the EntsOffice logo are our trade marks. “The Entertainment Office”, “The Showroom” and our show names are our trading and product names.

6.3 Content you upload stays yours. You give us the licence set out in the terms in clause 2 that apply to you, and you confirm you have the right to upload it.

6.4 To report content you think is unlawful or infringes your rights, email support@entsoffice.com. We will review it promptly.

7. Information on the site

7.1 Job posts and profiles are provided by recruiters and entertainers. We check recruiting companies before they can post jobs, but we don’t vet every job or profile, and we don’t guarantee that what users write is accurate. Make your own checks before relying on it.

7.2 General information on the site is not legal, financial or professional advice.

7.3 Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

8. Availability

8.1 We aim to keep the site available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

9. Privacy and cookies

9.1 How we use personal data, and the cookies we use, are explained in our privacy notice. Guests who join an EntsOffice gameshow from their phone are not asked for personal details: the Show Box collects only anonymous show statistics.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10.2 If you use the site for business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

10.3 If you use the site as a consumer, we provide it for domestic and private use only. We are not liable for loss of profit, business or business opportunity.

11. Changes and general

11.1 We may update these terms. The version on the site when you use it applies.

11.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
