Entertainer terms
Last updated 4 November 2026
These terms apply to everyone who creates an entertainer profile on EntsOffice.com (you). Please read them before you join. They are also the terms we agree with you before we provide work-finding services under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
1. Who we are
1.1 EntsOffice.com is operated by Midas Entertainment Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 08261300, registered office Verity Crescent, Canford Heath, Poole BH17 8TT, trading as The Entertainment Office (EntsOffice, we, us). You can contact us at entertainers@entsoffice.com.
1.2 We act as an employment agency. We help you find work by showing your profile to recruiting teams, and by showing you jobs posted by resorts, holiday parks, hotels, cruise operators, event organisers and other venues (Recruiters).
1.3 We don’t represent you. We don’t negotiate on your behalf, employ you, pay you, or find work for you personally. Any agreement for work is made directly between you and the Recruiter, and we are not a party to it.
2. It’s free
2.1 Joining EntsOffice, keeping a profile, applying for jobs and being booked are free. We will never charge you a fee, or take a cut of your pay, for finding you work.
2.2 We may offer optional paid extras, such as training. They will never be needed to apply for or be offered work, and we will set out their terms before you buy.
2.3 A Recruiter must not ask you to pay to be considered for a job. If one does, report it to us (clause 7).
3. Who can join
3.1 You must be at least 18 and looking for work as an entertainer or in a related role (for example host, presenter, DJ, kids’ club, dancer, singer, technician or entertainment manager).
3.2 You must use your real name and only one account.
4. Your profile
4.1 You are responsible for your profile. Everything in it must be true, up to date and your own: your experience, skills, availability, location preferences, and the checks and documents you tell us you hold.
4.2 You must own, or have permission to use, every photo and video you add. Where a photographer or videographer holds the rights, make sure their licence lets you use the material to promote yourself online.
4.3 You give us a free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and show your profile material to Recruiters on EntsOffice. We will only use your name or photo to promote EntsOffice with your separate consent. This licence ends when you delete the material or your account, except for details already shared with a Recruiter under clause 5.
4.4 We may remove, or ask you to change, anything that is inaccurate, offensive, unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
5. How introductions work
5.1 Recruiters can see your profile, shortlist you, and invite you to an audition or to send a self-tape. You can see which Recruiters viewed or shortlisted you.
5.2 Invitations and offers start on EntsOffice. A Recruiter gets your contact details only once you accept their audition invite or offer. If you list an agent, the Recruiter gets your agent’s contact details instead of yours. Job posts show the employer’s brand so you can choose where you want to work. If you want a job you saw on EntsOffice, please apply through EntsOffice rather than contacting the employer directly.
5.3 We ask Recruiters to tell us the role, location, dates, pay, the type of contract, accommodation and any checks needed, and we check every recruiting company before it can post jobs. We can’t guarantee a job or a Recruiter. Read every offer and contract carefully before you agree to it.
5.4 When you accept a job found through EntsOffice, accept the offer on the site so it is recorded.
6. Your agreement with the Recruiter
6.1 The Recruiter is responsible for your contract, pay, tax, holiday, working hours, health and safety, any accommodation, and right-to-work and DBS checks.
6.2 We are not responsible for what a Recruiter does or fails to do, including late or missing pay, changes to the job, or ending your contract early.
6.3 If you accept a job, please honour it. If you need to withdraw, tell the Recruiter as early as you can. Repeated no-shows reported to us may lead us to suspend your profile.
7. Problems and welfare
7.1 If something goes wrong with a job or a Recruiter found through EntsOffice, contact us at support@entsoffice.com. We aim to reply within 2 working days and will point you to the right help (for example the employer’s HR team, Equity, Acas or a mental health support line).
7.2 We are not an emergency service. If you or anyone else is in immediate danger, call 999.
8. Your conduct
8.1 Be honest and professional in every message, audition and self-tape. Don’t harass, discriminate against or abuse anyone, or use EntsOffice to advertise other services.
8.2 Don’t use information about Recruiters or other entertainers for anything other than finding work through EntsOffice.
9. Your data
9.1 How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
10. Closing your account
10.1 You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
10.2 We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your profile is inaccurate, or to protect other users. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11.2 EntsOffice is free to you. We don’t guarantee that you will be offered work, or that the site will always be available.
11.3 We are not liable for loss caused by a Recruiter, or for loss of earnings or opportunity because the site was unavailable.
12. General
12.1 We may update these terms. We will tell you at least 30 days before an important change, and you can close your account if you don’t agree.
12.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
